Placing an Order and Payment
Placing an Order: To place an order, please follow the online purchasing procedure and click on “Place Order and Pay.” You are legally bound by your order from the moment you accept the online offer of KAMĖ UAB, and the conditions thereby determined have been satisfied (once the order has been placed and payment has been confirmed on the website).
Each contract of sale concluded between the Buyer and the Seller shall be registered and stored in the database of www.Kame.lt.
The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. If the Buyer fails to provide accurate data, the Seller shall not be liable for any consequences arising therefrom.
Order Confirmation: You will receive immediate confirmation of your order on your screen at the end of the checkout process. Additionally, an email confirmation of your order will be sent to the email address you have provided. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, an estimated delivery time, and your invoice.
KAMĖ UAB reserves the right to reject the order if necessary. If for any reason we are unable to execute your order, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for an order that we cannot process, we will refund the applicable amount.
Availability of Products: All product orders are subject to availability. If there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or if products are no longer in stock, we retain the right to provide you with information about substitute products of equal or higher quality and value that you may order. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, we will reimburse you for any money you have paid.
Price and Payment: The prices of products and goods sold and invoiced for prepayment are quoted in euros, including VAT, but exclude freight or delivery costs unless otherwise stated. Shipping and delivery costs are displayed on the order summary page.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the case of obvious pricing errors. An obvious pricing error refers to a pricing mistake in a product such that the price differs significantly from the actual price of the product, making it apparent that the customer should recognize the error. If such an error occurs, KAME UAB is not obliged to sell the product at the incorrect price.
The Buyer shall pay for the goods using one of the following payment methods: credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard) or e-banking (Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor, Šiaulių bankas).
Credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not authorize payment, we will not be liable for any denial or delay in processing the purchase.
