We are a bathroom design company that nurtures creativity in everything we do. We do not have large warehouses and stocks, because our furniture is made just for you on your order – only perfectly tailored products that meet your wishes and personality!
After placing your order online, review your order confirmation and make sure you have ordered the right products. Also, make sure that you provide the correct phone number, address, and email address, so we can contact you regarding the delivery of the goods.
Production of all products takes 4-8 weeks. This way, we ensure that every piece of furniture is made just for you.
Full amount is paid for the goods at the time of placing the order. We will begin manufacturing your furniture immediately upon receipt of payment. We accept VISA and MasterCard cards and guarantee encrypted and most secure online payment on the market.
You can cancel or change the order in whole or in part within 4 calendar days of placing the order at no cost or condition.
All prices are in Euro, including VAT valid in Lithuania.
Before delivery of furniture, please make sure that the products will fit through the door openings, stairs, etc. The dimensions of all our products can be found on our website.
We will contact you 3-4 days before delivery to agree on the time most suitable for you. On the day of delivery, the driver will call you approximately 30-60 minutes before arrival. Please note that if the delivery service arriving at your home is unable to deliver the furniture, you will be charged for the new delivery.
Our delivery service ensures fast, high-quality delivery of furniture, unfortunately, we do not have the opportunity to offer a furniture carrying service. In the meantime, delivery takes place to the door, i. e. the goods will be unloaded at the access point closest to the door of your house.
Delivery time to EU/ UK / Switzerland/ Norway: 4 weeks.
When you receive new furniture, make sure you were delivered the right products without any visible damage to the packaging or the product itself. If the packaging is damaged, take a photo of it so you can provide evidence later. In this case, you should sign the delivery note only for the receipt of the goods with reservations due to damage of the contents or refuse to accept the goods and instruct the driver to return them.
If the product is undamaged or damaged after unpacking, contact Kamė Service customer service for assistance. Contact us no later than 5 days after receiving the item so that we can quickly find the cause and solution of the problem.
If you change your mind about your new furniture, you can replace or return it within 14 days. If the colour, size or material appearance does not match, contact immediately before assembling the furniture and disposing of the original packaging. Then, once the problem is resolved, we will be able to refund you the full amount for the goods. You can also choose whether you want to replace the item with another one or whether you want a refund.
If you have used the product, an amount corresponding to the reduction in the selling price will be deducted – this also applies if you discard the packaging after unpacking the goods, as this reduces the chances of returning the products intact. We recommend folding and storing the furniture packaging until you make a final decision.

5 year warranty
Kamė knows that high-quality materials combined with true craftsmanship mean the longevity of furniture. We trust our products, therefore we offer a 5-year warranty that starts on the day of receipt of the goods.
The warranty applies to any products you have purchased from the Kamė store.
