We are a bathroom design company that embraces creativity in everything we do. We don’t have large warehouses or stocks, because our furniture is made to order – perfectly tailored products that match each customer’s individual preferences and personality!
Once you have placed your order online, please review the confirmation to make sure you have ordered the correct products, provided the correct phone number, home address, and email address so that we can contact you about delivery.
It takes 4-8 weeks to produce the products. We make sure that every piece of furniture is made for you and by you.
The goods are paid for in full at the time the order is placed. Once payment is received, we will start making your furniture immediately. We accept VISA and MasterCard cards, guaranteeing encrypted and secure online payments, the most secure on the market.
You may cancel or modify your order, in whole or in part, within 4 calendar days of placing it, without any costs or conditions.
All prices are in euros and include VAT tax applicable in Lithuania.
Before delivery, please make sure that the furniture will fit through doorways, stairs, etc. You can find the dimensions of all our products on our website.
You will be contacted within 3-4 days before delivery and we’ll arrange the best time for you. The driver will call you again before arrival. Please note that if the delivery service arrives at your home and is unable to deliver the furniture, you will be charged for a new delivery.
We guarantee fast and high-quality delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a furniture drop-off service, so the goods will be unloaded in the nearest driveway to your front door.

Delivery time in Lithuania: 4 weeks.
When you receive your delivery, please make sure that you have received the correct products, with no visible damage to the packaging or the furniture itself. If the packaging is damaged, please take a photo of it to provide evidence later. In this case, you should only sign the delivery note to acknowledge receipt of the goods, with reservations for any breach of content, or refuse to accept the goods and instruct the driver to return them.
If, after unpacking the product, it is found to be damaged or defective, please contact Kame Service customer service to help you find the best solution. In order for us to quickly find the cause of the problem and a solution, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of the goods.

If you change your mind about your new furniture, you can exchange or return it within 14 days. If the colour, size, or material doesn’t match, contact us immediately without disassembling the furniture or throwing away the original packaging. We will then refund you the full amount for the goods once we have resolved the problem.
If the furniture you want to return is second-hand, an amount corresponding to the reduction in the selling price will be deducted. This also applies if you throw away the packaging, as this reduces the chances of getting the product back intact.
